D. Brian Reider

D. Brian Reider acts as outside general counsel for corporate clients, provides organizational and operational advice to businesses in a variety of industries, and counsels clients regarding human resource issues. He is a partner in the Business Services practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP and serves as the Ontario office managing partner..

Brian has practiced law privately in the Inland Empire for more than 35 years, representing a broad variety of businesses and financial institutions. He previously served as the executive vice-president, chief operating officer and general counsel for Redlands Federal Bank, a billion-dollar financial institution. In addition, he has served as general counsel for a private group of companies in the outsourcing support, internet marketing and non-emergency medical transportation fields.

Brian has lectured on financial institution management and other business management topics at California State University, San Bernardino, and served as a member of the Advisory Board for that institution.

Brian received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1976, where he served as an editor on the Pacific Law Journal. He is also a graduate of the School of Community Bank Management at the University of Texas. Brian received his undergraduate degree from California State University, San Bernardino in 1973 and was named Outstanding Alumni of the College of Arts and Letters in 2002.
